Deze modulaire drukregelaars combineren geavanceerde regel-/meettechnologie, modulair ontwerp en gebruiksvriendelijke functies. De Additel 773-controller serie is geoptimaliseerd voor lage druk kalibraties door gebruik te maken van Additels beproefde lagedruk pomptechnologie in combinatie met besturingsmogelijkheden die een revolutie teweegbrachten in de industrie, zoals te zien is in het bekende draagbare model ADT760. Voor gebruikers die geautomatiseerde productie, testen en kalibratie nodig hebben, heeft Additel de werklast gedekt met deze drukregelaars. De ADT773 kan snel worden uitgerust met twee regelmodules en één barometrische referentiemodule om een breed drukbereik te dekken.

ADT773-LLP
De Additel 773-LLP is ontworpen voor lagedrukcalibratie van -380 tot 400 inH₂O (-13,5 tot 14,5 psi | -0,95 tot 1 bar). Dit apparaat heeft selecteerbare modules die beschikbaar zijn met een nauwkeurigheid van 0,01% FS of 0,02% FS, of 0,05% FS voor DP2- en DP5-modules en 0,02% FS voor DP10-modules. Alle metingen kunnen worden uitgevoerd in differentiële- of overdruk.
ADT773-D
De Additel 773-D is ontworpen voor lagedruk kalibratie van -380 tot 2500 inH₂O (-13,5 tot 100 psi | -0,95 tot 7 bar). Dit apparaat heeft selecteerbare modules beschikbaar met een nauwkeurigheid van 0,01% FS of 0,02% FS. De 151 drukregelmodules van Additel kunnen binnen 30 seconden of minder worden geïnstalleerd of vervangen. Open eenvoudig de bovenrand van de cabine om deze te openen. Terwijl de deur opengaat, laat de controller automatisch de druk ontsnappen, waardoor de ADT151-modules veilig kunnen worden verwijderd en geïnstalleerd.

In het proces van efficiënte en snelle end-of-line testen en verificatie en kalibratie stellen bedrijven strenge eisen aan de snelheid van drukregelaars. ADT773 maakt gebruik van professionele besturingstechnologie om de besturingssnelheid en besturingsstabiliteit effectief te verbeteren.

Ingebouwde pomp
De Additel 773 wordt geleverd met een geïntegreerde interne lagedrukpomp die gebruikers een kant-en-klare oplossing biedt voor drukkalibratiewerk. De pompontwerpen van Additel zijn bekend en betrouwbaar. Ze zijn niet alleen snel, maar bieden ook de beste controle en stabiliteit in hun klasse. In feite hebben de geautomatiseerde pompen in andere Additel-modellen een revolutie teweeggebracht in de industrie.
Externe aandrijvingsklepregeling
De ADT773-controller biedt klepregeling voor maximaal 3 externe kleppen. Een van de kanalen is voor ons bestemd om het besmettingspreventiesysteem (CPS) te controleren, dat helpt om mediabesmetting te voorkomen. De resterende twee kanalen kunnen worden gebruikt om externe vacuümpompen of externe isolatiekleppen aan te sturen voor meer flexibiliteit en compatibiliteit voor individuele situaties.
Contamination Prevention System (CPS), verlengt het onderhoud van de controller
Kalibratie van DUT's (devices under test) introduceert vaak verontreinigingen in een kalibratiesysteem. Verontreinigingen kunnen verstoppingen veroorzaken in kleppen, leidingen en filters. Additel heeft een kant-en-klare oplossing bij de ADT773 geleverd om deze zorgen te verminderen en de duurzaamheid en betrouwbaarheid te verbeteren bij het kalibreren van apparaten van klanten. Het gebruik van een automatisch vloeistofuitlaatsysteem en integratiefirmware om spoelingen tussen drukcycli mogelijk te maken om de kans op het inbrengen van verontreinigingen in het systeem verder te verminderen.

Internal Module Specifications
The following tables provide information regarding our ADT151 modular pressure sensors that are designed to easily mount in the front bays of the ADT773 Pressure controller. Our differential pressure (DP) module accuracy specifications include linearity, hysteresis, repeatability, temperature compensation and annual drift. The DP style gauges can be zeroed by the controller from time to time to mitigate the effect of zero drift. The specifications are valid from 15°C~35°C. We recommend that these pressure models be calibrated annually.
