Deze modulaire drukregelaars combineren geavanceerde regel-/meettechnologie, modulair ontwerp en gebruiksvriendelijke functies. De Additel 783-controller serie is geoptimaliseerd om op hoge snelheid naar de gewenste druk te regelen, zonder afbreuk te doen aan nauwkeurigheid en stabiliteit. Voor gebruikers die geautomatiseerde productie, testen en kalibratie nodig hebben, heeft Additel dé perfecte oplossing met deze drukregelaars. De ADT783 kan snel worden uitgerust met twee regelmodules en één barometrische referentiemodule voor een breed drukbereik. De Additel 783-serie biedt drie basiseenheden om uit te kiezen, variërend van 3500 psi (250 bar) tot een laag drukverschil.

Om het brede drukbereik af te dekken en de kalibratietaak te vereenvoudigen, kan de ADT783 snel worden geïnstalleerd met twee regelmodules en één referentie-barometrische module; Elke module biedt een dubbel bereik of dubbele nauwkeurigheid. Met een dergelijk flexibel modulair ontwerp kunnen gebruikers verschillende modules configureren, afhankelijk van budget, drukbereik en gewenste nauwkeurigheid. De 151 drukregelmodules van Additel kunnen binnen 30 seconden of minder worden geïnstalleerd of vervangen. Open eenvoudig de bovenrand van de cabine om deze te openen. Terwijl de deur opengaat, laat de controller automatisch de druk ontsnappen, waardoor de ADT151-modules veilig kunnen worden verwijderd en geïnstalleerd.Handige automatische kalibratie van interne drukregelmodule
Voor gebruikers van productielijnen is een hogere frequentiekalibratie en vergelijking van de drukregelmodule een belangrijk garantiemiddel om de onzekerheid van de testkalibratie te verbeteren. Potentiaalvrije contacten maken bediening van randapparatuur mogelijk, zoals vacuümpompen, ovens, enz. Elke VFC-optie heeft drie onafhankelijke potentiaalvrije NO/NC-relaiscontacten. Binnen een Additel-instrument kan een aantal voorwaarden worden ingesteld om een relais te activeren dat zijn contacten omschakelt.

[2] In order to achieve 0.001% FS control stability, some additional time at the desired pressure may be needed dpending on the configuration and pressure level. The following tables provide information regarding our ADT151 modular pressure sensors that are designed to easily mount in the front bays of the ADT783 Pressure controller. Our differential pressure (DP) and gauge pressure (GP) module accuracy specifications include linearity, hysteresis, repeatability, temperature compensation and annual drift. Both the DP and GP style gauges can be zeroed by the controller from time to time to mitigate the effect of zero drift. The specifications are valid from 15°C~35°C. We recommend that these pressure models be calibrated annually.
