De Additel 760A is een krachtige automatische met de hand te bedienen drukkalibrator die is ontworpen voor precisie en draagbaarheid in het veld. Dit geïntegreerde apparaat weegt minder dan 1,8 kg en vervangt vele handpompen door een ingebouwde elektrische pomp, interne controller en een nauwkeurige druksensor. De ADT760A is geoptimaliseerd voor instrumentatietechnici en biedt een naadloze gebruikersinterface via een nieuw capacitief touchscreen, waarmee gebruikers druk kunnen genereren en regelen door eenvoudigweg het gewenste instelpunt in te voeren. Met vier afzonderlijke kanalen, waaronder interne druk, externe druk (2 kanalen) en elektrische meting, dient het als een uitgebreid hulpmiddel voor drukkalibratie en onderhoud van kritieke procesinfrastructuur.

De ADT760A is ontworpen om de efficiëntie van de workflow te verbeteren en biedt aanzienlijke technische upgrades ten opzichte van zijn voorganger, waaronder een groter bereik (375 psi), een verbeterd touchscreen, een volledig functionele HART-veldcommunicator en een optie zonder Proces Calibrator (ADT760S), dus zonder meten van b.v. mA en 24V voeding voor transmitters. Er is ook een nieuw accessoire beschikbaar: een bevestigbaar systeem ter voorkoming van vervuiling om interne componenten te beschermen. Deze multifunctionele documenterende proceskalibrator ondersteunt geautomatiseerde taakdocumentatie en datalogging, waardoor er minder handmatig hoeft te worden bijgehouden, en biedt HART-communicatiemogelijkheden voor geavanceerde druksensoren. Of het nu gaat om routinematige kalibraties van transmitters of complexe velddiagnostiek, de Additel 760A biedt een robuuste, geautomatiseerde oplossing die de kloof tussen laboratoriumnauwkeurigheid en robuuste betrouwbaarheid in het veld overbrugt.

Modellen

ADT760A/760S-LLP
De 760A/760S-LLP is ontworpen voor kalibratie bij lage druk en wordt geleverd met een ingebouwde drukmodule naar keuze. De maximale bereikmodule die compatibel is met de 760A/760S-LLP is ±30 inH2O (±75 mbar) en biedt een nauwkeurigheid tot 0,05% FS (zie bestelinformatie voor beschikbare configuraties). Er zijn extra interne drukmodules (ADT155) beschikbaar, met bereiken tot ±0,25 inH2O (±0,62 mbar). Metingen kunnen worden uitgevoerd in gauge- of differentiële modus.

ADT760A/760S-D
De 760A/760S-D geeft u differentiële en manometrische druk, maar bij een hoger drukbereik dan de 760A/760S-LLP. Met een bereik van -12,5 tot 35 psi (-0,86 tot 2,5 bar) en een nauwkeurigheid tot 0,01% FS is de 760A/760S-D een ideale oplossing voor gangbare manometer- en verschildrukmetingen. De Additel 760A/760S-D wordt geleverd met een interne module naar keuze, met een maximale druk van 35 psi. Er zijn configuraties voor lagere drukken tot ±10 inH2O verschil verkrijgbaar om de nauwkeurigheid bij lagere drukken te verbeteren.

ADT760A/760S-MA
De 760A/760S-MA genereert en regelt druk van vacuümdrukken tot 375 psig (25 bar.g) met een nauwkeurigheid tot 0,01% FS. Elke unit is uitgerust met een ingebouwde barometrische referentie en kan schakelen tussen manometer- en absolute druktypes. Er zijn verschillende interne sensoren (ADT155) beschikbaar die lagere drukbereiken bieden voor betere prestaties.
De dataloggingfunctie is alleen beschikbaar op de ADT760A-modellen. Raadpleeg de selectiegids hier voor meer informatie.

AMS Driver
Er is ook een driver voor AMS van Emerson beschikbaar. De kalibratie-assistent "SNAP-ON-applicatie" vormt een interface met documenterende kalibrators om de kalibraties van HART, Foundation Fieldbus, IEC-goedgekeurde WirelessHART® en conventionele apparaten te beheren. Hiermee kunt u uw apparaten eenvoudig groeperen in testschema's en kalibratieroutes voor maximale efficiëntie.Breng gegevens over tussen uw kalibrator en de AMS Device Manager om handmatige records en de mogelijkheid van fouten te elimineren. Door de Additel 760 zelf documenterende kalibrator te gebruiken, kunt u ook automatisch As-Found / As-Left-informatie in de AMS Device Manager-database controleren. Open de kalibratiegeschiedenis van elk apparaat en genereer kalibratiecertificaten en -rapporten als u papieren documentatie nodig hebt.
