De Additel 760 serie Automatische Handheld Drukkalibrator brengt draagbare drukkalibratie naar een nieuw niveau. De ADT 760 is een zeer innovatief ontworpen drukkalibrator. Het instrument heeft een gewicht van minder dan 1,8 kg, een ingebouwde pomp, een precisie druksensor, een interne drukregelaar en een groot touch-screen kleurendisplay. Om druk te genereren, stelt u gewoon de gewenste druk in en de Additel 760 doet de rest.

Iedere Additel 760 heeft vier kanalen: een intern druk kanaal voor het meten en simuleren van druk, twee externe druk meet kanalen en één kanaal om elektronische signalen (mA en V) te kunnen meten en simuleren. De 760 serie is leverbaar in drie standaard modellen, de ADT760-MA, ADT760-D en ADT760-LLP, met de mogelijkheid om HART communicatie, een documentatie functie en data logging toe te voegen.

ADT760-D Verschildruk
De 760-D genereert gauge en verschil druk, maar in een hoger drukbereik dan de ADT760-LLP. Met zijn meetbereik van -0.86 tot 2.5 bar en een nauwkeurigheid van 0.02%FS, is de ADT760-D een ideale oplossing voor het kalibreren van de meest voorkomende gauge en verschil drukmetingen. De Additel 760-D wordt geleverd met een interne drukmodule die de volledige range afdekt, maar er zijn ook drukmodules leverbaar met een lager bereik tot ±10 inH2O verschildruk voor het verbeteren van de nauwkeurigheid bij lagere drukken.

Documenting Process Functionality
Ieder model van de Additel 760 series heeft de optie om via een ingebouwde documentatie en communicatie functie van uw Additel 760 een multifunctionele documenterende process calibrator te maken. Deze optie geeft u HART communicatie, taak documentatie en data logging.

AMS Driver
Er is nu ook een driver voor AMS van Emerson beschikbaar. De kalibratie-assistent "SNAP-ON-applicatie" vormt een interface met documenterende kalibrators om de kalibraties van HART, Foundation Fieldbus, IEC-goedgekeurde WirelessHART® en conventionele apparaten te beheren. Hiermee kunt u uw apparaten eenvoudig groeperen in testschema's en kalibratieroutes voor maximale efficiëntie. Breng gegevens over tussen uw kalibrator en de AMS Device Manager om handmatige records en de mogelijkheid van fouten te elimineren. Door de Additel 760 zelf documenterende kalibrator te gebruiken, kunt u ook automatisch As-Found / As-Left-informatie in de AMS Device Manager-database controleren. Open de kalibratiegeschiedenis van elk apparaat en genereer kalibratiecertificaten en -rapporten als u papieren documentatie nodig hebt.
